The STEM-Based Professional Competency Development Program for Teachers has been launched. The program is implemented by the Al-Qassim Science and Technology Association in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Educational Professional Development, and is sponsored by the Associations Support Fund. The program aims to enable male and female teachers to design and implement integrated and applied learning experiences based on the STEM methodology, and to promote the use of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in real-world, inquiry-based learning situations, problem-solving, creative thinking, and project-based learning, thereby contributing to the development of classroom teaching practices in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
