General Terms and Conditions

All visitors must adhere to the center's internal instructions and regulations, to ensure public safety and event organization.
The Center reserves the right to modify or cancel any event or program, with as much advance notice as possible.
Smoking is prohibited inside the center's facilities.
Food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into educational areas and exhibits.
All visitors are obligated not to trespass on the Center's property or use it in an inappropriate manner.
All visitors are required to adhere to appropriate dress codes, in accordance with the culture and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in the visitor being expelled from the center without financial compensation.

Prior coordination is required between the school and the center to book a visit appointment.
Supervisors are responsible for monitoring student behavior throughout the visit.
If the group is late or absent from the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the center has the right to cancel the reservation.
School uniform and discipline must be adhered to inside the exhibition or training halls.

Pre-registration is required for training programs via the website or approved platforms.
Payment of fees (if applicable) is required prior to the start of the program to confirm the reservation.
Fees are non-refundable after the program starts, and postponement or transfer is permitted if you cancel 48 hours in advance.
Commitment to attendance at the specified times is a condition for obtaining a certificate of completion of the program (if any).
It is prohibited to use or republish any training material without official permission from the center.

Visits must be booked in advance via the website.
A guardian or responsible adult is required for children under 12 years old.
The visitor is fully responsible for his children and their personal belongings during the visit.
No sharp objects or devices that may pose a danger are allowed inside the center.
Photography is only permitted in designated areas, and commercial photography is prohibited without a permit.

The center is not responsible for any loss of personal property within the building. Disclaimer
In the event of any accident due to negligence or violation of instructions, the visitor bears full responsibility.

Visitor information is collected for statistical and organizational purposes only.
The Center pledges not to share data with third parties without prior permission.
Arabic is the language used in implementing the Terms and Conditions.
The Qassim Scientific Center reserves the right to add or change any provisions of the Privacy Policy, provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

All content, presentations, and activities are the intellectual property of the Center and may not be reproduced or published without written permission.

Tickets or entry fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the event is cancelled by the center.
In the event of a visitor's cancellation 48 hours prior to the event, the fee may be converted into a credit for later use.
