About
The Qassim Science Center project is considered one of the pioneering projects that aim to contribute to improving the educational environment and developing teaching and learning methods in order to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to contribute to preparing a scientific generation capable of global competitiveness in the knowledge and industrial economy. The center is located in the Qassim region in Unaizah Governorate, on an area of (47,000 m2) as one of the model scientific centers in the Middle East. It is distinguished by a community partnership that began with a national initiative from the people of the governorate in partnership with the Ministry of Education and generous support from the Zamil Holding Group and a number of government and private sectors. The center operates through two main arms represented by the Abdullah Hamad Al Zamil Science Oasis and the Mohammed Al-Shabili Scientific Academy. It targets all male and female students from general education, university education and technical education, in addition to interested and specialized people from various segments of society and families.

Phases of the Qassim Science Center Project
"The Qassim Science Center is located in Unaizah Governorate, covering an area of 47,000 m². It is one of the model science centers in the Middle East and is distinguished by community partnership. The initiative was launched by the people of the governorate and later completed by the Ministry of Education and the Public Education Development Project, with operations managed by Tatweer Educational Services Company.

Management and Operation
Qassim Science and Technology Association
The Qassim Science and Technology Association aims to provide a distinguished scientific and technical environment to support scientific centers, research, and experiments, inspire young minds, enhance the importance of science and knowledge, and spread awareness of scientific and technical development through attractive and innovative educational environments and supportive strategic partnerships. The association was established on August 1, 2021, with license number 2112 issued by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. One of its most important initiatives is the operation and supervision of the organization of the Qassim Science Center and scientific and technical projects and training in the Kingdom.
Center facilities
Mohammed Hamad Al-Shabili Academy
An advanced scientific training center that includes nine specialized units in various fields such as computers, artificial intelligence, engineering, physics, space sciences, chemistry, and medical technology.
Abdullah Hamad Al Zamil Science Oasis
An advanced interactive scientific environment comprising six main scientific halls, offering cognitive and experimental content in the fields of physics, earth and universe, life sciences, energy, technology, and Islamic civilization.
Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Subaie Oasis for Children
A specialized facility concerned with developing children's scientific and skill abilities, through an interactive environment carefully designed to suit the child's educational and developmental needs.
Fitness and health hall
A flexible sports and educational facility containing three-a-side courts, a recreational gym, and an integrated scientific health club for studying movement sciences, including laboratories supervised by specialized trainers. It is also used to hold specialized exhibitions and events.
